ok gonna start this challenge today.
35 push
10 pull
will edit (probably ) with totals at end of day. I'm resting between sets of 20 push-ups, and 5 pull-ups. Whenever i get bored or feel like it, i do more of each.
first edit: I'm only keeping record of my pull-ups for personal reasons. Not gloating (as if i could gloat about doing 5 pullups lol)...
second edit: did 20 more push, 5 more pull. total is now 55 push, 15 pull for yesterday.
