Didn't you suggest coming up with a constitution and bill o'rights for voat at one time? I think the whole "freedom of speech" thing gets defined in user created subs by the creator of the sub. So, I would expect my freedoms to be curtailed if I go into /v/bread and start spouting off about how the jews ruined it.
