I know there are many options but his organisation can only focus on one at a time.
So which ONE do you think he should focus on?

Malaria, it has the highest death count.
Edit: Death to all mosquitos. If it wasn't for restrictions on DDT in developing countries we could have nipped this problem in the bud. But I think Yellow Fever and Malaria have different carrier species.
