if its a state secret then to be able to sell it it would still have to be stolen first. i cant imagine you could walk into say the skunk works and walk out with data 'just for a bit of light reading' on the weekend from the staff library.
Hmm, where have we seen SAP (special access programs) turn up outside of their designated secure computer systems? Anyone we know have them on her private server? I wonder if a corrupt president or Secretary of State would be able to get a hold of such data?
