I have seen other videos from the guy, and I just don't watch him.

Fair enough.

Here's why I posted it. Several years ago, there was a situation in my workplace that was affecting thousands of people. The people in the office clearly knew criminal activity was taking place. If anyone had asked me "would your colleagues, if asked as part of an internal investigation, stand up for what was right?" I would have replied with a resounding, "yes." How wrong I was! There are several possible reasons why they pleaded ignorant or outright lied, but, the fact is, they did. The very few people who told the truth lost their jobs.

It was a reality check that profoundly affected my world view, We all need to think about what we would do if forced to make some very difficult choices. Even better, we need to evaluate possible consequences of those choices and try to establish alternatives to them before they happen.

I am very likely older than you. I worked in the corporate world for over thirty five years. I came to view those around me

as a bunch of self serving ass kissing toadies. I was quite certain most of them fit that category. That long exposure taught

me to be a cynic toward most people's outward persona and to look for the true person in their agendas.

Along the way I formed my core beliefs on the rest of humanity and what my interaction toward them should be. I never strayed far

from my childhood teachings of being fair, but I also learned to be guarded. I never had a problem letting people know exactly where I stood, and I never stood for wrong. That was one reason I never advanced far until the end of my career where my expertise in my field became something they could not spare due to their own poor understanding of the field and their failure to take care of the others like me.

In all those years I did not have to do anything that would go against what I felt was ethical because I always found a way to force what I wanted done. Would I have just walked away if that hadn't happened, probably not. Your first loyalty is always to your family, yourself, and God. Anything that undermines against those three loses.
