"The constitution is great... it's worked well enough for a long time. But, it's flawed and inadequate for modern times and tech."

Idiotic statement.

Sure... thanks.

Our constitution has too much power concentrated into too few people and legislative/judicial entities. It's language is vague, and has been twisted into near meaninglessness but the very courts it proscribes.

And, that's just the start of it's flaws and shortcomings... Now, care to refute or add anything of value to the discussion? Prolly not... thanks for the name-calling, tho... very helpful.

The only flaw in The Constitution is the 17A, passed by Congress May 13, 1912, and ratified April 8, 1913, the 17th amendment modified Article I, section 3, of the Constitution by allowing voters to cast direct votes for U.S. Senators. Prior to its passage, Senators were chosen by state legislatures. The 17A had the state's forfeit their power and caused the gridlock and much of the corruption we see in congress today.

Besides that, our constitution is the greatest document ever crafted by man. It has created the greatest country ever to exist in the history of the world. But since you feel otherwise, please enlighten us as to which country on the earth, past or present, is greater than the United States of America.
