Huh. Weird. I wonder what the logic is behind that or what the differences in duties are. I'll have to look into that someday when I have time, but it almost sounds like the President has taken the place that a monarch would in a Constitutional Monarchy, that is, they are the neutral head of state, while the PM runs the show. But at the same time, they are elected and not hereditary and serve terms. Weird.
