This may well be an attempt to evade the legal consequences of going ahead with publication. We will know for sure in a few days if Simon and Schuster makes an announcement that they are canceling the release due to the legal issues involved in moving forward. The book is already in the public domain as it was "leaked".Therefore Bolton can't be held criminally if he ceases formal publication. Keep in mind, their only real objective is to get their propaganda out there. Money for the publication is inconsequential to them.
