Trump doesn't need the SC.
Although, now he has an excuse for not ending a program he really didn't want to end.
Ask yourself this: How does Trump appease his right base while chasing the immigrant vote at the same time? He gets the Supreme Court to take the blame.

Legal immigrants who went through the hoops don't like illegals.
It's the same as saying people who studied their asses off to get a diploma are supportive of a whole bunch of people getting fake diplomas that are just as good legally.

I agree! Illegals also make Americans hate ALL immigration. The disdain seeps to both legal and illegal immigration

As a legal immigrant 100 % this ^^^

I didn't say I agreed with it.
Everyone knows it's wrong.
Even those benefiting from it.
Trump is the president. He doesn't have to listen to the supreme court on a matter that was created by a previous presidential executive order.
If he is doing so it is because he is pandering like a politician.
Should we be surprised by this?
It's an election year.

Unless I'm mistaken, DACA people and their families are illegal and can't vote.

It depends if they vote democrat or not.

Interesting theory except no-one in DACA is not going to vote for him anyway, ever.

Kushner's great negotiation skills. Again.
