From the outside looking in at the US it looks very much like vote for me or else politics. If your current president doesn’t take strong action very soon you need to get someone in place who will. Believe me, this kind of politics doesn’t end until the vote for us or else side fears the consequences of their actions, and even then that doesn’t necessarily end it. The US is looking dark to me, this shit can drag on for years and decades if they think they can benefit from it. They need to learn that they won’t, and they need to learn that at every level down to very local. Hope ye can handle it better than we did.

With one HUGE qualification, I wholeheartedly agree with your assessment.

This is NOT in the political arena any longer.

This is a full armed insurrection no different than the 'Color Revolutions' that have overthrown governments around the world these past decades.

The "Orange Revolution" in the Ukraine being one recent example.

(Indeed, the same 'players' are involved in both).

The stakes are WAY too high to view this in a normal, political framing.

Comparing these events to 1917/1919 Russia would be MUCH more apt.

(Again, the same 'players' - this time the descendants of the earlier carnage - are instigating today's coup).

Vote against Democrats will end it. No need for strong actions.
