It's strange, minerals and fats are essential for our bodies but 'the scientists' say otherwise. I've got to the stage in my life where I ignore scientists and trust my own research. To be honest, I was shocked at the labelling on food in the US when I've been there..

It's incredible, any other animal in the animal kingdom knows how to live, what to eat, how to raise babies etc but for some reason, humans rely on people like 'scientists' and 'experts' to tell them what to do and why they must or must not do it.. Animals just get on with it whereas humans agonise and justify on whether they should do something..

AUKA you are so correct on all these points. I remember reading about clay eaters, and they claimed people ate it because they lacked the minerals the clay provided. I ignored the butter and egg and rest of their DS BS advice, I still eat old school ways. and believe me I still smoke a cigarettes and a cigar on occasion, and you better believe I secured two articles that showed those who smoke are avoiding trips to the hospital for COVID 19. ROFL. smoking is my choice and I am not promoting it. I always wondered with all the crap the DS was allowing in water , food and air, why they would bad mouth tobacco , since it appears they were tying to get rid os us, why would they not encourage the people to smoke more ?

I've never smoked. The thought of purposely inhaling smoke doesn't make any sense to me lol. Plus I'm asthmatic so it's a definite no no. It used to be advertised as a lifestyle choice, somehow making someone look more sophisticated so I'm happy to be able to breathe.. My weakness is biscuits which aren't any better than margarine.. Put a chocolate chip cookie in front of me and it's gone along with the rest of the packet!

My sister used to have a horse when she was young. It had a mineral bar on the fence which it used to nibble on occasionally.. It's the same thing, it knew when it needed minerals. I've been consuming something called Zeolite which is a volcanic mineral and detoxes against heavy metals. It's a powder, I put a small spoonful in pomegranate juice. It works by ion transfer, being negatively charged it attracts positively charged heavy metals and exchanges them for calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium.. It's something else that I've included in my diet thats made a pretty big difference to my well being.. I do feel and notice a difference when I consume different things these days..
