Powers not delegated to the United States ...........are reserved to the States respectively or to the people. I shall read the Michigan Constitution again. Maybe some others should try finding in their State Constitution where the People of the State granted their State gov't the power to shut down commerce in a declared emergency. Not regulate commerce but the power to shut it down. My premise is that States can't be claiming to reserve a power their they don't have. The power to conduct commerce is the peoples power not the States. What powers are reserved by the people according to the 10th Amendment? Of course your governor and legislature will ignore that part of the 10th Amendment. To them power not delegated to the fed are means All power belongs to the State gov't excluding the peasants. Good luck and happy hunting.
