Steve Bannon on War Room Pandemic reported that a state mandated quarantine was issued yesterday for the northern half of Italy, but before it went into effect it leaked out to the public, which then caused a panic exodus out of the affected region/country. The UK has no travel restrictions whatsoever in place so a large number of the escapees flew out of Millan to the UK. Apparently, the hospitals are now topped out in Italy. This is what happens where a reactive versus an aggressive 'get out ahead of it' proactive approach is not taken by officials. I'm concerned that this could happen in the U.S. We have had no in-depth testing so the number of infected incubating cases could suddenly increase and overwelm the health care system.
