Agreed.

To start with, I recommend:

1. Candidates need to be third generation citizens.

1a. Candidates with dual citizenship are considered zero generation.

1b. Parents of the candidate with dual citizenship are considered zero generation, and the candidate is thus a first generation citizen.

2. Candidate needs to have lived in the Continental US 95% of their adult life.

2a. If you are a US citizen, but haven't lived your life in the US, then you don't understand the US people.

3. Candidates need to have lived in the district they are running in for eight years.

3a. You can't fix an areas problems if you haven't lived there long enough to understand their roots.
