I hear you. But I don't think American taxpayers should be forced to give our money to either group.

Indians are free to make their own money and improve their conditions, just like anyone else. It's the higher ups in Indian government who force those conditions on their own people. So yes, it's a perfect example of socialism.

Generational trauma. Socialist programs created dependency. Familial failings due to cultural dissonance.

They certainly do have the opportunity to move on, just not as easy as it seems.

The money gets to their "leaders" whom never allow proper audits or help with dispensing it. The last time the government came close some cunt of an "elder" went on a hunger strike to prevent her corruption from getting exposed.
