No doubt. Should be a huge lawsuit. They're fucking up this kid's life over some bullshit. Again, maybe there's more to it, but from what I see, it doesn't look like he did anything wrong.
Doing anything "wrong" is subjective. The collection of firearms is absolutely not wrong. His questionable public posts are debatable. The authorities and schools trampling his Individual Rights are most certainly WRONG!
What's scary is that I know a ton of very law-abiding and conscientious people who think just a bit of "red-flagging" might be ok. They don't realize what a slippery slope this is. Fortunately, those of us who do are not only well armed and trained, but we are also quite adamant about this and it is a deal breaker.
