They are going to ask the author of the report. But first they are going to ask Barr.

And make no mistake Barr is a player here. He gave a summary that substituted his own judgement as to what was in the report. When the report came out, we found there was a giant gulf between what he said and what the report says. This is going to be one of the lines of questioning.

His previous time before Congress he refused to answer if he had shown the White House the report, even though the President and others were subjects of the report. We found out that the White House had written up a rebuttal that they were going to issue, so Barr had definitely given them the report.

"We found"??? who is we?...stop the BS...a majority of people thought the report was accurate and a short synopsis. No one had to release the full report. Barr could have decided not to release it and POTUS could have claimed Executive privilege and tied up the release of the report for months. The opinion as to accuracy goes with party lines and by your statement you have made yours clear.

"We found"??? who is we?...

We is the American public. You and me and anyone who actually read the report.

It's a black and white set of facts.

Why not just ask Mueller if there was a "giant gulf" or did Schiff & Co. finally read the unredacted version like they were invited to? What are these people going to do when the FISA Declass happens? The countdown is on and the curtain is about to be lifted. Bonne chance.

Why not just ask Mueller if there was a "giant gulf" or did Schiff & Co.

We know now that Robert Mueller feels there was and he wrote a letter expressing this to Barr.

So the reason to question Barr is to find out why he lied when he summarized the report. Why did he say anything before releasing the report, let alone say something weeks beforehand. Why didn't he let the report speak for itself and the folks who did the investigation.
