The beauty of "Acting" is POTUS doesn't need the Senate RINOs approval nor the Deep State Alt-Left Democrats votes for conformation anytime soon. They can cry all they want, unless they suddenly decide to move the nomination forward which is unlikely.
FTA: "Senate Republicans are waving President Trump off from nominating Kris Kobach, a favorite among conservatives who want tougher enforcement of immigration laws, to serve as the next secretary of Homeland Security.
GOP lawmakers are already scrambling to contain the controversy surrounding two potential nominees to the Federal Reserve Board — Stephen Moore and Herman Cain — and they don’t want to find themselves in another political fight with the White House over the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)."
They haven't done anything about the other 7 or 8 "acting" cabinet members and department directors for months. Sometimes stonewalling POTUS appointments is a good thing. After all Trump has said 'I like acting.'
