I love Q but, time is running out we are down to 23 month (22 with the Hatch act). We need to get FISA declassed (promise Christmas present). Voter ID passed with the house run by democrats. Huber report and arrests. Military tribunals (need to be run be the SC) If not all of these items completed by September 2020. It will probably be for nothing. So yes I am getting worried about all the constant delays
Looks like there is another deal going on here? Why the wait? Why not give it to him if he is going to jail? Maybe there is another deal being negotiated? Its the only thing I can see.
Before sentencing, the judge gave Flynn an opportunity to withdraw his guilty plea. Flynn refused to. The judge does not believe Flynn is guilty -- but also ... the judge does not believe in giving "no" sentence to someone who is guilty -- reminding Flynn and his attorneys “I’m not your friend here; I may just throw the book at you.”
In other words, if Flynn was not guilty, the judge wanted Flynn to withdraw his guilty plea. As noted, he did not want to charge someone with something if he was not guilty, also saying -- if you stick with your guilty plea, do not be surprised by jail time!
Over and over, with different questions, the judge tried to get Flynn to withdraw his guilty plea. Flynn absolutely would not, and the judge became frustrated.
To basically avoid charging a non-guilty man with a crime, Judge Sullivan opted to return in 90 days (March 13, 2019) -- I expect hoping that General Flynn will come to his senses, and withdraw his guilty plea at that time.

Yep, still consistent with my theory. Inference: More time needed for casework against the Deep State before the big reveal.

How in the hell is this not a civil rights violation of due process of law?

As an intelligence agency insider... Yep, Flynn helped build that little apparatus. I don't care what happens to him.
