This is bullshit. PG&E is no more guilty of setting those fires than you or I. Doesn't explain how the town of Paradise was ringed with fire, how blocks of houses were burned to the ground but the trees with leaves remained. Some of the burn lines were in a straight line. The fires was hot enough to melt the steel in cars that sat 5' away from trees that remain standing and healthy. Something besides downed power lines started those fires.
