$40 million so far? "Is that possible?" There is certainly no financial incentive for Mueller and the 13 Angry Demoncrats to wrap up the witch hunt. Is there no counterbalance? Seems like Special Counsel, with no checks or balances, an apparent free for all, circumvents basic but fundamental Constitutional protections of subjects, targets, and witnesses.
Has anyone formally challenged the constitutionality of the Special Counsel statute? As written and as implemented?
