I think he pardoned the whole lot of them and that is why they will tried in a military tribunal... Treason can't be pardoned!!

[–] Zammyanci [S] 0 points 1 points (+1|-0) ago

Thanks, I thought it was a far reach, LOL. But it just makes since, doesn't it. Thanks Patriot

I don't think you can pre-pardon someone. They have to be convicted to be pardoned.

[–] BillyLuath 0 points 6 points (+6|-0) ago

President Ford "pre-pardoned" President Nixon.

So it happens.

[–] Zammyanci [S] 0 points 5 points (+5|-0) ago

Yep. In 1866, the Supreme Court ruled in Ex parte Garland that the pardon power “extends to every offence known to the law, and may be exercised at any time after its commission, either before legal proceedings are taken, or during their pendency, or after conviction and judgment.” (In that case, a former Confederate senator successfully petitioned the court to uphold a pardon that prevented him from being disbarred.) Generally speaking, once an act has been committed, the president can issue a pardon at any time—regardless of whether charges have even been filed.

I’m not really asking but guess I’m thinking out loud-why in the world with the supreme court issues Such a thing !!!! Crazy!

[–] Hydrocephalus 0 points 1 points (+1|-0) ago

Ok, thanks for the info!

Good point,That I'm sure will be Argued and If we find his birth certificate was a forgery then there is no Pardon

[–] skidder 0 points 0 points (+0|-0) ago

IF they unseal his college records and find he applied as a foreign student then it blows the cover off of his story. The Birth Cert. being revealed as a forgery doesn't prove he isn't a US citizen (although it implies it).

POTUS can issue a blanket pardon for any criminal acts committed during a specified time frame, charged or yet to be prosecuted or even discovered.

Not for treason.

Issue I have with the "secret pardons" issue is where are the classified pardon documents registered so they can be enforcable. Typically, a presidential pardon is an officail letter, states either specifically or in general terms (like Nixon) the offenses being pardoned and then recorded in the Federal Register so it becomes in effect law. I understand that a pardon may cover crimes that have national security implications the details may require redaction. Also, if pardons were classified, the would then violate the EO 13526 on classification and the preceding EOs. Once an executive order is placed in the Federal Register, it has the force of law. So secret pardons classified to coverup crimes or embarrassment, etc might be considered technically illegal as they violating law by executive order. And again, where would such redacted pardons be maintained so a person can say, yes, my client [ xx ] has been officially pardoned by the previous administration. Certainly creates a legal mess sort out.

Honestly, the pardon issue makes me even more happy, relieved and proud that we have Justice Kavanaugh on the bench, military tribunals to prosecute traitors and corrupt officials, and Donald J Trump as President to lead the administration.

Interesting, time to dig deeper. I just think it's right up Obama's alley, something sneaky. After all he is a narcissist, so is the bulk of his team. And yes, I hope Justice K lives up to our hopes. Soon enough, we shall see. Thanks for insight Patriot.

[–] republic_preserver 0 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago

Since Obama wasn't eligible to become president, he never was president and therefore had no power to pardon.

And then you woke up. Hehe WWG1WGA!

[–] Purple50 0 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago

Considering he was an illegal president then technically everything done by him is null and void

[–] Zammyanci [S] 0 points 1 points (+1|-0) ago  (edited ago)

Well!, Stranger things are happening, huh WWG1WGA!

[–] KYanon 0 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago

They have all continued to commit crimes post Jan 20th 2017. I believe the entire Spygate continued and Potus had one too, back at them. The world travels and conversations, trying to harm our president... Ya they were no better after pardon. The silence right now is killing me!!! Im trolling twitter pages.

[–] Zammyanci [S] 0 points 1 points (+1|-0) ago

Plus the more money they make, the more we can seize. Stock markets a big tell right now. Taking a dunk. They know something bigs about to pop. WWG1WGA! Keep trolling for the right!

I don't anticipate any big name arrests until after the elections.

[–] Aces8 0 points 1 points (+1|-0) ago

I wish you were right but staving off arrests until after the single most important election in our history literally makes no sense. You want to remove the access to power before the election. I don't believe there will ever be ANY high level arrests. Q has been making these promises from their very first posts.

[–] Sudanon 0 points 0 points (+0|-0) ago

Declassification of such a pardon scam would be explosive news.

People would be outta bed

Traitor Globalist Fake News would of course bury it.

[–] Deploramama 0 points 0 points (+0|-0) ago

I get what you're saying. That's a great point. It just seems like if they started making high profile arrests before the elections there would be a huge backlash from the left and that would be the entire news story up until the election. It's anybody's guess though. But after the elections maybe the dems will be more discouraged. I don't know.
