It is definitely Barbara Kinney. The pic and story were picked up by TMZ yesterday but they removed the picture after Kinney and others identified her as being in the photo. Just search here on Twitter yourself, yesterday she tweeted this: "Guess I need to brush up on my legalese if I am representing Ford tomorrow on the Hill!"

Maybe the reference to "fake news" is because TMZ originally posted this photo and incorrectly identified the woman in it as Debra Katz, when in fact it is Barbara Kinney. Disinformation directed at those who follow Q...don't fall for it!
