No shit! I'd feign surprise at this because a congress critter actually said something truthful and helpful to the average American, but the fact of the matter is he's just pissed that his branch is being cut out of the loop; it has nothing to do with protecting us, and everything to do with making sure the FBI plays ball by greasing the right gears.
