Totally understand and agree with you. I just don't know what else to do at this point. I have already opened a complaint with the FCC but I have even less hope that it will be successful.

Enh... I think it matters. I think that Comcast should be able to sense that people hate them. That builds slowly over time. If you could get the majority of people to shun Comcast employees, you could effect change more quickly. Right now, I think they're aware that people are annoyed and they have resorted to "this is business" because the lie of "we're helping you" rings false.
