So, what are you paying for? Just remember to run fiber or wifi repeater to your neighbors, with their permission.
Maybe they don't have Comcast.
Between buildings, you shouldn't use wire, there are electrical issues I didn't know there was a bit shortage.
Maybe our bit factories in the Far East can churn out more.
