so it also functions as a hand warmer in Canada. I wonder how hot it gets, or what this device uses for a heat limiter. (lot of power in, lot of heat out, potential burns) this should be a good one to watch once the kickstarter orders come out, and see if the production model has any burn complaints from colder regions.

It works off the delta between your body heat and the environment. When that delta is larger, aka winter in canada, more power is generated. My concern is what this device does under these extreme conditions. this is a worse case scenario that i am curious about.
