There's a difference between the throttling ATT did (cutting your speed from 4G LTE to under 100k), and deprioritization (Allowing full 4G LTE speed, slightly delayed during peak hours of extreme network congestion.) You clearly know nothing about network communication if think this is a limit in any way.
This is a basic misunderstanding of the word limit. Fifty-five doesn't describe the limit of your car, it describes the fastest rate at which you can travel to ensure you won't receive a fine.
Let's bring your other dumbshit comment in here so I don't have to respond twice.
limit [lim-it] noun
1.
the final, utmost, or furthest boundary or point as to extent, amount, continuance, procedure, etc.:
Let that actually sink in, so you can kindly STFU and go back to being wrong all by yourself, or you could move the goalposts again, that'd be hilarious.
Incoherent garbage.

I love it when people make assumptions. 1: I work in network communications - on cellular networks for that matter! OH BOY!
2: TMboblie explicitly stated, which you even copied, that you get throttled after 21GB. That is, by definition a limit. And of course, that doesn't even take into account he calls people who use more than 21GB a THIEF.
3: HOLY SHIT! You can copy and paste the ONLY definition that supports YOUR EXACT CAUSE! Here, let me copypasta #2 for you: "a restriction on the size or amount of something permissible or possible." Well FUCK, now we have a "restriction" in place. Oh, but that doesn't fit your narrow minded view, does it?
Grow up.

Deprioritization IS NOT throttling you idiot. Good god, it's like talking to a wall.
So, you didn't read the article at all, cool story, fucktard. He's complaining about people using apps to bypass the 7GB of tethering without paying the fees.
Even your own definition proves your argument wrong. It's still possible to, and you're permitted to use 4G LTE beyond the 21GB up to the maximum speed.
For working in network communications, you can't read, comprehend, or seemingly understand network communications at all.
