I am pretty sure there is no pirated version of Win10 as they offered it to people who had pirated Win7 and Win8 versions too, no sense in pirating it. Other than maybe "fixing" the whole privacy thing

How do you think pirated Win 7/8 could get the free version? No matter if it's legitimate or pirated, it is connected to Windows' servers and they can still tinker with your stuff.

Pirated 7/8.1 versions as long as they aren't Enterprise can do the Windows 10 upgrade if they are hactivated to say Genuine. So someone can install 7/8.1 run Windows Updates and Hactivate with Microsoft Toolkit or Windows Loader using KMS keys and can upgrade to Windows 10 for a legit key.

That is why there are no pirated Windows 10 versions. Microsoft is allowing pirates to upgrade to Windows 10 for free.

There is the Enterprise version. The way I understand it, the crack is a variation of the KMS hack that went around for 8.x. On its own the Enterprise version is not much better as far as locking down the built-in spying (one big difference is that you can actually stop Telemetry in local group policy), but if you put it beind an AD server you have a lot more control over everything.

While that sounds excessive, remember that 1. you're already talking about pirating the desktop OS so there's no reason not to consider pirating a server OS, and 2. You can run a home AD server for chump-change.
