I also felt the article had a very naive feeling to it. IT experts rampaging over Win10's unclearly defined data mining practices? Yeah whatever, it's all harmless and for your own good.
I feel that everytime someone talk about the privacy problem of win10, it is either one extreme or the other...
It's now just a war between "meh microsoft is good, it's not google, your data are safe and you can trust them" and "omg! microsoft is evil, worse than google! they spy on you and sell all your data! go linux!".
They are both wrong... and argumenting with any of them is damn impossible ><
