It's been time for a viable fork for a long time. I hate the "new" interface changes and now they are breaking things just to break them. And taking flexibility away from addon developers might just be the last straw the broke the foxes back.

Unfortunately most addons don't work with it because the UI is almost 20 versions old (v24 vs the current v40) and even with compatibility checking disabled, they won't load.

Thirded. Been using Palemoon since Firefox decided to start bundling crap with the browser - Hello was the last straw.

Every other update it seems I have to find a way to revert the stupid UI changes that make thing less simple. So silly

Only reason I use FF is because I have a small suite of extensions that are limited release. This kills those.
