The legally recognized right to privacy is not very high, agreed.
Look at the degree of invasion of true privacy (not just the illegal kind) - like police knowing every occasion someone comes to or leaves your residence, whatever happens in your yard, and who is doing what. Together with all the phone tracking already going on. Welcome to the surveillance state.
