They should give these away for free with a limit per customer. Every time Amazon tries to sell something that helps itself, they fall flat. Look at the Fire Phone, with built in firefly scanning to quickly scan and order items from Amazon! 1 click ordering is neat, but I would never pay money for the privilege. I wouldn't pay for a physical 1 click button either.

I think they were free at first. We have three of them and I don't remember there being a fee. Maybe that was just the first month or something. Too bad they're charging now.
I think Amazon has done pretty well with the Kindle.
