Not the BIOS, but the power settings in the Win10 control panel. Go to your search box, type "power settings" then from the pane on the right choose "additional power settings" from the "related settings" subheading. This will open the advanced power menu. From there, select the option to choose what the power button does. This will allow you to disable sleep. Hopefully.

Oh. Sorry then. This is the problem with laptop Linux. There are so many hardware variations that don't get fully supported. You would likely need to code a solution yourself. It's not impossible, but it's beyond my depth. Someone at a Linux forum may be ale to shed more light.
