So how do you go about setting a meeting with 10 participants then?

The problem is you're using Microsoft Exchange. They don't work with vendors to add support, it's not an open spec.

All email clients work equally as well with IMAP/POP/SMTP. However, once you start working with MS Exchange, you won't have a good experience unless you use Outlook.

You're experiencing vendor lock-in.

So what's the non-vendor lock-in replacement for Outlook? Like I said, Outlook is more than IMAP/SMTP.

Again: how do you arrange a meeting with 10 participants with OSS?

I really don't get what you are asking. It feels like a trick question. You send an email and say "We are having a meeting". It's not that difficult. Or you call them, or you text them, or you shout down the hall "HEY BOB CONFERENCE ROOM IN 5 MINUTES!". I don't know dude. We were having meetings back when we were cavemen and they didn't need Outlook. It's not that difficult.

Of course, you're still a caveman. That's my point.
