You sound like someone that switched to Linux and managed to get everything he needs. Good for you. I spent some time searching and testing, willing to give up a lot, but in the end my setup was a VM with windows in it, crippled by lack of 3D. Computers nowadays are so cheap (especially if you simply don't need a top notch powerhouse), you can just have more than one and designate them for specific tasks. Also, don't bring up the being afraid of change argument, because I came to Linux/Windows from OS X.
I run a DAW (with plugins), raster and vector editors (just don't bring up Gimp and Inkscape – love them both, use them for simple stuff on linux machine, but if you think those are actual replacements for PS, AI, affinity or corel, it's clear you never used any of those to make money), NLE , CAD, Stage Previs, Interior Previs.
I use Thunderbird. Theres also Hiri, mailspring, Geary and evolution. There's others but those are the ones I have either tried or I know others prefer.

What software specifically do you need? There probably is an equivalent, you or your company are just too lazy to switch or vendor locked yourself.

Gimp and inkscape are perfectly fine. You've just been brainwashed by Adobe into thinking you need a Lamboghini to plow your field.

What's the equivalent of MS Outlook?

Outlook? Isn't that just a mail app? I use thunderbird I guess. It's fucking outlook. Who cares?
