FOREIGNER with limited english language abilities given TOP SECRET CLEARANCE !

https://voat.co/v/news/2744877

His ridiculous defense in court was : "English is required in the NSA, and I had very poor English ability, so I took it all and put it on my home PCs to study at my convenience"

Sounds like Hillary's "I didn't know I wasn't allowed to do that" strategy.
Not surprising other people are starting to use it.

Even more disturbing is this:

after being caught in a sweep by the NSA following the Shadowbrokers leaks.

In other words, they had no fucking clue that their materials had left the building.

Yeah. But blame the employee instead of the employer.

Should have moved the server to his house and kept it in the bathroom. Worked for Hillary.

I suspect that there is more to this case than is being reported. They must think he sold the tools.

He must have copied the documents and computer programs.

How are they going to check if the disk wasn't cloned and handed off to some foreign intelligence agency?

Other than him admitting it or getting caught red handed there is no way the NSA can prove that the disk was not cloned and handed to a foreign intelligence agency. Since the "No Such Agency" prosecuted rather than simply firing the man they obviously think he cloned the disk(s).

65 months?67 months? 5.5 years? No? Read the last Paragraph a few times. Really let it sink in. Take a break, go back after doing a little more digging and Who comes out clean? NYT, WP, MOS watching Kaspersky. Uh huh they just watch... They prob watched the employee for 666 months, days , mins and decided, Ok-we can stop watching him now. Since he is not connected like Hillary/Anwan/Manning, well still connected but just not like that. Was gonna read the referenced articles but this snippet pretty much sums it up.

He should have just brought home the whole server and kept it his downstairs bathroom, I hear you get away with that pretty handy.
