Why does finding a patsy to take the fall during a crisis require a vagina? Glass cliff makes no sense.

To be able to brush off the hatred as "sexist/racist" when the investors ask what the fuck is going on.

In other words; this is not an example of "sexism in tech" - as so many will claim: she wasn't chosen to fail because they dislike women, but because they knew she was going to be defended by sjw's and feminists because she was a woman.

If only she would have been a lesbian too, they would have had the bulletproof trifecta.

Hell, a biracial, transgendered, bisexual, polyamorous, albino, with a limp and a lazy eye could probably conquer the world just because everyone is too afraid to say something.

It just means that it is more "attractive" to hire a woman during crisis because chances are you don't have to keep her around for long and when people say that the firm is sexist they can say "Nuh uh we gave a woman a chance".

Was this the sole reason for Pao being a CEO probably not but just dismissing the fact that they could have hired her part for image control for a short while is probably part of it.
