Nope, same router same computer only difference was changing windows for linux and it was instantly faster and more stable.

I still think it was your driver. Linux probably optimizes your settings based on what it detects, I had to manually change my speed from 1mb to gigabit to get to use all of my connection.

Linux was the fast one it was windows10 that only downloaded at 80k and linux was 5mb/sec and that is a huge difference but linux kicked the crap out of windows easily not including my now 5 second boot time and like 1 minute updates with no reboot.
