Nothing about any of that is new other than having a single seat really which isn't particularly new since it's not like there haven't been 1 seat variants. F-15s, the SA for instance, can already launch air to sea missiles. The payload is a little higher but most of that is due to the single seat and the fly by wire setup to help with stability as well as more space made by eliminating gear used in the old hybrid system. The glass cockpit isn't new either. Other F-15s sold have it.
