I'm like that too. I'm not sure how or when it happened, but I can't watch TV anymore. It's like suddenly being able to read between the lines.

The advertisements put me in a rage. That's my protection from ever falling in its grasp again.

I can't listen to the radio or watch tv. It's ALL "BUY A CAR GOYIM, GREAT DEALS ON 10 YEAR LOANS! ACQUIRE DEBT YOU STUPID FUCKS, YOU'LL BE SO HAPPY WITH A NEW CAR"

plus it's all shitty music.

The red pill is the sour one. For me it's more reading, watching documentaries or some commentary and less vidya, movies, or series anyways. The important thing is – now you see exactly where the Big Jew inc. made sure the product is kosher. I do enjoy a rewatch of an episode of the Office now and then, it's just the matter of tuning out the PC framework and pavlovian conditioning that came in the package and just enjoy Gervais' comedy. Of course the majority of new shows/movies have truckloads of marxist crap in every scene and little to no entertaining value coming along, so instead of watching a good comedy and having to evade an occasional jewish trick, it's looking for a needle in cancerous haystack of cliches mixed with enemy's ideology. And the needle isn't even there.
