Freedom of association. Any business, large or small, has the first amendment right to choose who to associate or not associate with. The baker doesn't have to bake the cake an the ISP doesn't have to host pornography and the Uber driver doesn't have to give the smelly person a ride either. To believe otherwise is to approve of forced servitude and we abolished that shit a long time ago.

ISP's do not host anything. They're the switchboard connecting your call.

My mistake doesn't change the point. Freedom of association is a first amendment right applicable to all businesses and people.

But competition can not be mandated by policy. Only demanded by market forces and capital organization. The government is the exact opposite place to find solutions to a lack of competition. A judge that recognizes the that government's place is not in market management is a good thing.
