This is probably the most amazing thing I've seen in tech. I have an external monitor which came with a bevy of cable options for connecting to a computer, but not USBC. So I had to go back out and buy a USBC cable for it since that's the only port a Macbook has. Now whenever I plug the monitor in my Wifi shuts off.
I've done some research about the problem and apparently what I was supposed to do was buy an Apple adapter (for $90) that I could plug the monitor into. The issue apparently is signal interference. If I wrap the cable in tinfoil the Wifi works again. So you'd say the cable sucks, well the cable bloody works on any other computer.
I can't believe how bad Apple's QA has gotten, there are few laptops as expensive as this.
