If Trump cant block people from his personal account for free speech reasons, then they cannot block conservatives for the same reason.

They are kind of different: One is like a person blocking a telephone number because that person keeps harassing them. The other is like a telephone monopoly denying service based on a person's beliefs.

It won't happen, but if it did I'd join in too. A LOT of people would. reddit is in a glass house.

Issue is Reddit can hide behind the unpaid, unemployed mods doing the censoring.

Am I reading this correctly? California Judge is defending free speech rights against Twitter? What is their end game here, because those judges never do the right thing....

Niggers can always say anything and even if it sounds hateful like it is, The Media applauds them for it. This world is sick.

They banned Jared? Wtf? Seriously all he does is cite facts. He doesn't use racial slurs or vulgarities of any kind.

This is a fairly common and common-sense approach to free speech and it's a real finger in the eye of the people who are so quick to point out that free speech only applies to government censorship and that private companies may do as they please when it's convenient to their narrative.

The EU has something similar in that when companies attain "significant market share" a term which varies in context, they lose certain rights such as the right to purposefully skew speech on their platforms.

False advertising. Deceptive enforcement policies.

violation of contract.

actually none of this would be a problem if there was no state. You wouldn't care what the triglipuffs do because they can't force you into it.
