Not exactly. It appears they've tapped into the innards of one or more players, and are using it to grab the individual keys of specific discs, which they're redistributing. By only distributing these keys they're able to avoid forensic watermarking and hide which player they've cracked, and reduce the chances of being locked out of the key space; but it can still happen. This isn't the same as the class break that killed CSS, or the leaked master key for AACS 1.
