I use DDG for personal and home-related stuff.
Google is for work. I have a google account specifically for work, because in fact I need it tracking my browsing habits to lead me to the most relevant pages. If I use someone else's computer, with its google account or none at all, I'm always surprised by the non-relevant results, even on the first page.
