Oakland has been that way for decades because of the low income housing that was built. Now that land is worth too much and they're all being forced out.

It's damn amazing to read the crying on social media by blacks whose rentals are sold out from underneath them and are given an eviction notice. The owners or children of the previous owners who had to put up with that shit for decades are finally getting a payout of their own.
