No, you see, Affirmative Action states that you should use merit and credentials to hire someone, except you have to take into account race and gender, but you shouldnt use it to judge a person. I think Silicon Valley, the show, managed to capture it quire well

so if you're hiring four people, 10 people apply, 6 white, 2 black and 2 indian, you have to hire let's say 2 whites a black and an indian by affirmative action. If it went straight merit, there's a real chance that the four top qualified out of the ten would be all white but you can't hire them because das raycis. So, they are being discriminated against based on race.

That';s the joke, that the retards who created AA decided to impose two completely contradictory statements to companies (Hire by Merit and Hire by Demographics) and then were surprised that people were not receptive to the newly created minefield of bullshit

I think people should be able to hire whomever they wish, but the idea they are FORCED to hire inferior non whites, as in discriminate against whites, insane.

they add 230 points to black sat scores, 185 to brown.
