From previous conversations about this most people seem to say Brave is the best option currently.

Brave works really well for me on my phone but is pretty slow on pc (windows 8). I don't know if anyone else is having the same issues but I can see it being really good as they develop it further

I've heard Waterfox mentioned many times. Consider it

Opera browser is the best option, it also has it own VPN loaded into it and the overall functionality is Chrome like, plus it's a quite lightweight browser comparing it to Chrome or Firefox, which are major ram consumer on my PC.

Sorry to break it to you but Opera is owned by the Chinese.

Opera is the best, IMO. It works on all sites by default and can be set up to block scripts like Brave does (through the ScriptSafe plug-in).

Sorry to break it to you but Opera is owned by the Chinese. Not recommended.

I use Tor in General. And then in worst case (if opera and brave don't work) chromium.
