If you are concerned with browsing privacy then it's more about domain names (3rd party scripsts, apis, widgets) and you can block them locally via hosts file. Below is quite popular hosts "blacklist" that is regualry updated.

Regarding firewall, I think if you router can act as DNS server with fallback to public DNS, you could try to configure it with this host file, not sure if this is doable with consumer routers.
There was a list on github, I am not sure if it is still there. It has been years since I looked at it. You can create one off the ublock origins list. It is what I do.
If you have ublockorigin, it downloads some large 3rd party lists that it can block and there's a bunch of them on the settings page. They might be domains only and not IPs, but you could try those.

that is a great hosts file, i have been using it on all my devices for years.
